La Lluca is one of the oldest and most prestigious urbanizations in the beautiful Mediterranean coastal town of Javea. The house is built to a very high standard and has a Spanish come Arabic flair made with local stone, white walls and rustic roof tiles.

The house itself has undergone extensive refurbishment in the past three years, making it a fantastic year round family home. With a new kitchen, bathrooms, floor and wall tiles, ceilings, roof insulation, complete rewiring, log burner, lighting, plumbing, heating system, and has UPVC double glazed windows and doors. The property also has electronic entry gates, Dakin hot and cold air-conditioning in every room and a good quality monitored alarm system. 

The outside was built with the sole purpose of outdoor living and entertaining, with large wrap around terraces and two South African thatched Cabañas, a fully functional bar and outdoor BBQ kitchen with all important beer pumps, chillers, food and bottle fridges.

A Jacuzzi hot tub is situated under one of the South African thatched cabañas that can seat six people for year round use overlooking the pool and entertaining area. A fantastic facility for the not so cold winters and after a relaxing day in the hot summer sun or why not just enjoy, with a glass of cava to round off a perfect day any time of the year.

A larger South African cabaña is situated at the other end of the pool area that can seat up to eight people and is ideal with friends enjoying a bottle of Rioja in a very relaxed atmosphere of the warm summer evenings surrounded by a wall of bamboo, scented Laurel and Mediterranean palms.

The front and rear of the property it is laid to lawn with irrigation that also waters all the plants hedges and palms. The border of the lawn is made up of Italian Bay leaf hedging that produce a wonderful aroma in the warm evenings, and to the rear it combines a jasmine arch that also fills the air with a unique aroma of the Mediterranean.

This is a wonderful house, which is very private and has been tastefully renovated to a very high standard and has a wow factor of its own.
